In Nicosia, which has the most expensive apartments of all, there are virtually no short term holiday rentals available. A one bedroom apartment in Nicosia will be around 600 euros a month.

 

Another choice for living in Cypus is to participate in a home exchange. This means trading a home in another country with one in Cyprus for a certain period of time. There are various international home exchange programs that will ensure that houses to be exchanged qualify and are appropriate, and are available in several countries.
