Gimnazija Bežigrad aims to prepare students and develop their critical thinking skills. The Gymnasium was founded in the year 1918 which was run by German-speaking professors and featured Slovene as a second language. Presently, the school offers the International Baccalaureate program and also offers a separate school for foreigners to attend.
