Helen is an American Marriage and Family Therapist. She has been serving couples, individuals and children in the expat community since 1980. Helen works with couples to improve their marriage by using videos, personality tests, role plays and other tools to bring about rapid change. Additionally, she helps children with developmental delays, social/behavioral issues and trouble adjusting to school. Individuals like to work on issues such as anxiety, relationship issues, career decisions, depression and other issues. Helen is an American born, native English speaking, seasoned expatriate herself. She understands the ups and downs of the expat life! Starting out as a 12-year-old, she has lived in several countries including Russia, Finland, Holland, Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Switzerland, where she learned numerous languages. Helen has a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Cross-Cultural Studies.
