Question : How can I motivate myself to exercise when I am a busy Expat?

Get organised, plan ahead. For example take your gym bag to work and train on your way home. Find a sport that you enjoy. No point forcing yourself to go to the gym if you hate it. Maybe dancing, football or boot camp is more your thing. Look around at what is available.
