Question : How do I know your service is effective?

I am very happy with the success rate I have achieved. There are always going to be occasions when behaviour modification is less effective. Some parents have difficulty in being consistent for reasons that may be out with their direct control, or there may be other difficulties. On these limited occasions, it is frustrating professionally, to accept that improvement is the outcome rather than complete resolution.
