Question in VISA
Question : What are the requirements for a foreign student visa Canada?
Answer from Benjamin A. Kranc, expert in VISA
Other than those accompanying a foreign worker, a foreign student must seek a study permit at the appropriate visa post, or where permitted, at a port of entry. The student must show acceptance to a learning institution, the ability to support him/herself, and ‘temporary intent’, which means that he/she is prepared to leave when schooling ends (subject to the right to seek work and in some cases permanent residence after a certain period in Canada.
