Purchasing a housing property in Finland is a relatively simple process for expats as they are generally allowed by the Finnish government. The only exception is the Province of Ahvenanmaa, which requires approval from the local government first. Prices range from 80,000 EUR for an apartment in the major cities, 95,000 EUR for a small property in a rural area, and 150,000 for a bigger property.
