Pet Import Regulations in the USA

The USDA (US Department of Agriculture) Animal Import Centers also strictly control the import of pet birds into the country. All pet birds that would be brought into US territory must have a health certificate issued within 30 days prior to entry to the US. 

Be aware that a fee of 40 USD may be requested by the quarantine facility prior to the pet's importation to the US.
